About the Role

Key Responsibilities Client Relationship Management

o Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients
o Understand client goals, requirements, and expectations
o Build long-term, trust-based relationships
o Communicate project updates, timelines, and feedback clearly
o Ensure client satisfaction by providing excellent service Project Coordination & Execution
o Translate client requirements into actionable tasks for internal teams
o Coordinate daily with marketing, design, production, and content teams
o Follow up on the execution of marketing plans, campaigns, and deliverables
o Ensure all projects meet deadlines, budgets, and quality standards
o Organize internal meetings and follow up on task completion

Strategy & Planning Support
o Assist in developing marketing plans and campaign strategies
o Contribute ideas to enhance client campaigns
o Analyze performance and recommend improvements

Reporting & Documentation
o Prepare weekly client status reports
o Document client requests, approvals, and changes
o Track project progress using internal tools

Key Requirements Skills & Experience
o Experience in account management or client servicing (preferred)
o Strong communication and presentation skills
o Good understanding of marketing, content creation, and media production
o Excellent organizational and time-management skills
o Ability to multitask and work under pressure
